JTZ Construction LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through jtzconstruction.com and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit our quote form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email (if provided), the project address, a description of the work, your budget range and timing, and any photos you upload. We also record basic technical details such as the page you were on and, if you arrived from an ad, the campaign that brought you here.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, schedule and prepare for your on-site quote, and communicate with you about your project by phone, text, or email. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Who handles the data

Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a form-processing service, and stored in our email. Our site is hosted on Vercel. If we enable analytics or advertising measurement tools (such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel), those tools may set cookies to measure how visitors use the site and how our ads perform. They do not receive the contents of your quote request.

Text messages

By checking the consent box on our form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing luis@jtzconstruct.com or calling (912) 736-1048.
